Within a few months of operation, we realised it was time to take the next step. Our new office marked the start of a more structured phase.
Arrival at BS Design
In search of a space that matched the scale of our ambitions, we moved to BS Design — one of the most important innovation hubs in Fortaleza.
04/2021Structure, Team and Culture
We consolidated our structure and took a bold step: we began operations in Miami, opening doors to the international market. It was also the year we strengthened our culture and grew in team size, structure, and vision.
20223 Years of CONVERSE
Over 400 businesses served, millions generated in results, and a team increasingly prepared to accelerate businesses across Brazil.
2023Expansion to Preá/Jeri and São Paulo
We expanded our presence with new offices on the coast and in Brazil’s business capital. CONVERSE now operates nationally, with physical presence and growing influence.
2024Full Acceleration: Ceará’s High Growthers
We became the first company from Ceará to join the Growth Machine network, applying advanced methodologies in demand generation and predictable sales.
We restructured our portfolio with products designed to scale businesses — such as our 10X Sales Acceleration, custom plans, and branding projects that directly impact authority, sales, and positioning.
